NC State confirmed Friday it will fully fund the $20.5 million of revenue sharing allowed this season by the House Settlement between the NCAA, five major conferences and players.
During a scheduled news conference with reporters, Athletic Director Boo Corrigan says the school will spend up to the limit as it comes to distributing those dollars to Wolfpack teams.
“What are we going to do to be competitive? We're going to go all in. We are all in,” said Corrigan.
All schools in the so-called “Power Four” conferences have committed to revenue sharing. Some have not disclosed whether they would spend up to the $20.5 million cap. In June, UNC said it would also share up to the maximum amount allowed, with more than 60% allocated to football.
